Refund Policy
Standard Return Policy
You may request a refund or replacement within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, subject to the terms below. For issues arising after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly to file a warranty claim.
You are eligible for our Return & Refund Service if:
- The product is in new, resalable condition with no manufacturing defects, and you request the service within 30 days of receipt; or
- The product has a manufacturing defect, and you request the service within 30 days of receipt.
Exceptions (No Return & Refund Service)
Returns and refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- The return is due to consumer error (e.g., change of mind without defects): You will be responsible for return shipping fees, which vary by carrier.
- The return is requested after 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The returned product is missing original accessories, attachments, or packaging; or the product is not in new/like-new condition (e.g., with cracks, dents, or scratches).
- No valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided, or the proof is suspected of being forged or tampered with.
- The product is damaged due to unauthorized use/modification, exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation/operation.
- Product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors (e.g., fire, floods, high winds, lightning strikes).
- Other circumstances specified in this policy.
Note: If we are at fault (e.g., you received damaged or incorrect items), you will not be charged for return shipping.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The process typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Special Cases
- Free Gifts: If your order included free gifts, all gifts must be returned with the original item. Unreturned gifts will have their retail value deducted from your refund.
- Bundle Deals: For bundled orders with discounted products, refunds are only available for the entire bundle. Individual items in a bundle cannot be refunded separately.
- Care Refresh Plan Codes: Care Refresh Plans are refundable only if the code has not been activated. To request a refund, contact our customer service at service@dji-us.com.
- Membership Plans: Refunds for membership plans are available only if the service has not been activated. Once activated (via a third party), no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, contact service@dji-us.com.
- Gift Cards: Gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
- Personalised Items: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Replacement Service
You may request a replacement within 30 calendar days of receiving the product if:
- The product significantly differs from its original description; or
- The product experiences performance failure.
Exceptions (No Replacement Service)
Replacements will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- The request is made after 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
- No valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided, or the proof is suspected of being forged or tampered with.
- The returned product is missing original accessories, attachments, or packaging; or is damaged due to user error.
- Our testing confirms the product has no defects.
- The product is damaged due to unauthorized use/modification, exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies, or improper installation/operation.
- Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors (e.g., fire, floods, high winds, lightning strikes).
- No carrier-issued proof of transit damage is provided.
- Other circumstances specified in this policy.
Replacement Shipping
DJI-Retail covers all two-way shipping costs for replacements due to product performance faults.
